At Videonym, our aim is to create simple video based web apps. These could be apps used on social networking sites like Facebook or simply embedded in blogs or websites. We've started with a focus on Bollywood film videos since thats an area we know best.

There has been an explosion of film related content on the Internet. From videos of trailers and promos to star interviews to makings of films to reviews and rating and eventually the actual films themselves; everything can be found on the Internet. We're trying to help everyone make more sense of all this information.

In CinemaScoop, we gather many resources associated with a particular film into a widget. These include film promos, IMDB profile, Wikipedia page, Review from five different websites and news articles related to the film. This widget can then be embedded into blogs or other websites.

Even though there are so many films available online, there isn't a good way for people to create a collection of their favorite films and share it with others. This is precisely the problem that "Film-Festivals" aims to solve. Users can create their own collection of films, provide reasons as to why they created the collection and then share this widget via their websites or blogs or even Facebook.

We are constantly working on developing new and innovative ways in which users could be introduced to videos. Join us in our mission to organise, showcase and popularise the best video content on the Internet.
